Custom design submissions
By submitting a design, you confirm you own the rights to it. MYTRI CLOTHINGS is not responsible for designs that infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse any design we deem objectionable or potentially infringing.
Intellectual property
All site content — images, brand assets, copy — is our property. Do not reproduce without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
