Return window
7 days from the date of delivery.
What's eligible
- Unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached.
- Wrong item sent or manufacturing defect.
What's not eligible
- Custom or personalized items (made-to-order T-shirts, mugs, custom-design products).
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Spiritual and pooja items (malas, thalis, incense, mandirs) — final sale for hygiene and religious reasons.
- Items returned after 7 days.
How to return
Email mytriclothingsin@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if defective. We'll confirm within 48 hours.
Return shipping
Defective or wrong items: we cover the cost. All other returns: customer pays.
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for footwear and apparel, subject to availability. Mention your size in the return email.
