Return window
7 days from the date of delivery.
What's eligible
- Unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached.
- Wrong item sent or manufacturing defect.
What's not eligible
- Custom or personalized items (made-to-order T-shirts, mugs, custom-design products).
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Spiritual and pooja items (malas, thalis, incense, mandirs) — final sale for hygiene and religious reasons.
- Items returned after 7 days.
How to return

退货运输
有缺陷或错误的商品：我们承担费用。所有其他退货：由客户支付。
退款
在我们收到并检查商品后，将在5-7个工作日内退款至您的原始付款方式。
换货
鞋类和服装可进行尺码更换，具体视库存情况而定。请在退货邮件中注明您的尺码。
