Return window
7 days from the date of delivery.
What's eligible
- Unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached.
- Wrong item sent or manufacturing defect.
What's not eligible
- Custom or personalized items (made-to-order T-shirts, mugs, custom-design products).
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Spiritual and pooja items (malas, thalis, incense, mandirs) — final sale for hygiene and religious reasons.
- Items returned after 7 days.
How to return
ご注文番号、商品名、理由、および不良品の場合はその写真を添えて、mytriclothingsin@gmail.comまでメールでお問い合わせください。48時間以内に確認のご連絡を差し上げます。
返品について
不良品や誤配送の場合：送料は当社が負担します。その他の返品：お客様負担となります。
返金について
商品を受け取り、検品完了後、元の支払い方法にて5～7営業日以内に処理されます。
交換について
フットウェアおよびアパレルのサイズ交換は、在庫状況により ます。返品メールにてご希望のサイズをお知らせください。
